Since 1901, The Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) has been a women’s organization whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. We are dedicated to empowering women to become effective leaders and agents of positive change. Together, we work to create equitable and thriving communities, believing in the power of women’s leadership as a catalyst for meaningful impact.

It’s an organization Developing Women to Do a World of Good™… in approximately 300 communities in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Kenya, and the United States.

Our Members today are leaders.  And they set trends in their communities as being advocates for a causes and agents of change.  A majority of the Members in our Active category are working women.  Many are moms balancing family, work and volunteering. And we have many members who continue to be active in their Leagues throughout their adult life.
